Bye Bye Mr. Banana

Mr. Banana has been in my life for only a few short months, but he will dearly be missed.  Today my roommate and I are officially cleaning out our room getting it ready for the day that we leave.  I remember the first day we met, it as the Rodeo carnival and I won him in a ball toss.  I will say Mr. Banana was a little creepy at times especially when you walked in and it was dark and there he was staring right back at you.  It gave me the willies.   But now we have to say goodbye because Mr. Banana is not going to go home with me.  Oh no!! Today Mr. Banana is going in the dumpster and I will say that he will truly be missed.

Almost There

Hmmm…let’s see well I’ve got only two and a half weeks of school left and it seems that they are just going oh so slowly by.  I don’t understand why.  I mean, I really do want it to go by fast so that I can just get out of here and have some fun, but then I don’t want my finals to come.  I only have to take three of them since I’ve already taken one.  It’s just a whole mix of emotions and it’s starting to boil over the edge.  I’m so close to finishing my freshman year that I can already taste the victory.  I can only say that “We’ll see where it goes from here.”  I just know that I’m almost there. Thank God!

Muffin Top

Okay, lately I’ve been getting lazy and when I get lazy I tend to eat every minute of the day.  I don’t know what it is, but I just see a bag of chips and I immediately shove them down my throat, and no later I eat two bowls of cereal.  I think it’s weird that I always eat, but I’m going to put a stop to it.  Since I’ve gotten so lazy I’ve decided that I need to hit the gym again.  So this week I’m going to go to the gym and work on the areas that need it most…well…like everything really.  But still, my mind is focused on eating not so much junk and working out.  It’s what my body needs.  I swear I see a muffin top forming and it doesn’t look pretty.  Not that muffin tops ever did look pretty…only on a muffin.  *Sigh*  Let’s hope I can stick with it.  The school year is almost to a close anyways…so until then I know I can do it!
